I seem to have trouble finding dresses with sleeves that don't look a little, shall we say, "mumsy".  Here's my modern take on it:  a cowl neckline, 3/4 sleeves, and black piecing that flatters the form.  At the shoulder are black vintage buttons, circa 1940's France.  The pockets are trimmed in black rib.  The skirt has a little swing to it.

Length is 36" from shoulder to hem.

Color:  Navy with black trim

100% Organic Cotton (with the exception of the rib, which contains 10% lycra)

Stitched one at a time in Seattle

Machine wash cold, delicate, and inside out.  Line dry.
