I still love the look of a high waist.  It looks a little more pulled together, and lengthens the legs a bit more.

The Catarina Skirt has deep box-pleats in front for a little more drape, and some handy slanted pockets at the hip.  There are two ties at the waist that could either be tied in the front or the back, depending on the desired look.

Length is 22 1/2" from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the hem.
